Ait Ben Haddou is a fortified village (ksar) located in the foothills of the southern slopes of the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco. It is situated on the banks of the Ounila River and is known for its unique architecture and historical significance. Ait Ben Haddou has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987 and has been used as a filming location for many movies and TV shows, including Game of Thrones, Gladiator, The Mummy, Lawrence of Arabia, Alexander, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.
